Support looking after your 2nd Home

• If you look forward to visiting your 2nd home, or holiday home, its great to know there is someone nearby who can keep an eye on the place for you.
• Perhaps turn on the heating a day before your visit, or make sure you have aired linen and towels so you dont have to bring everything bar the kitchen sink with you. Thats not a stress-free start to your holiday is it?
• I can arrange to meet you or your guests on arrival and departure and be a point of call if there is an issue, or to let tradespeople in for maintenance.
• I can dog sit for or your guests if you want a night out without pooch getting stressed, and perhaps making a mess.

How can we set up Holiday Home support?

We need to meet up at your holiday home.

Give me a run through for emergencies such as fuse box, water stop cock, alarm reset code etc and who your preferred tradespeople might be.

I will need a set of keys and your instructions how often you need me to visit.

Just drop me a line or ring me and we can quickly get you set up for peace of mind

Meeting you, your guests or tradespeople

Once you have hired my services just let me know when people are due to turn up.

I can arrange to meet them and let them in, showing them round the house. I can get beds ready and a welcome pack in.

If preferred I can wait if maintenance or repairs are undertaken.

I am also happy to be an emergency local contact if any problems arise.
